Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance.

14 days cooling off period

We will grant you 14 days to judge if your purchase is satisfactory. Within this period you can return the product. You can take a close look at the product just like you would do in a shop and test if it lives up to your expectations. If you have your doubts whether you can still change your product then please contact us on service@totwapparel.com

If you are not all satisfied with the product then please return it to us in the original packing and unused. You can read below how to handle. We will refund your money including the original delivery costs within 14 days. You only have to pay yourself for the return shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

We are only able to exchange items for a different size of the same item. You can place a new order if alternative items are required, and simply return the original item to us for a refund.

Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within seven days of the delivery confirmation date.

A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped. There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.

You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.
